Purpose Of The Body
The purpose of the body is to serve the purpose of the mind. The brain controls your body and it is up to the body to control the brain. The body is responsible for our thoughts, our dreams, our motivation, all of our major decisions, and the nature of our life.
When we are ready to change or grow, our bodies respond. Our bodies can go into a dormant state or they can take a stand and let us know when we are doing something wrong. It is our job to let the body know that something is wrong. Without the body and the brain, we cannot function, because the body will work against us.
Our minds are the tool we use to be successful. The mind is what makes the goals we set and our actions. We need to always be in the present moment. If we are thinking about something in the past or worrying about something in the future it is a waste of time and the mind will not help us in any way.
For the body to function properly we need to eat the right foods. Our bodies need enough carbohydrates and protein to operate properly. Our bodies can not continue to function without enough carbohydrates and proteins, so if we go off on a fast-food diet, we are going to feel ill and we will be short-term memory. Our bodies can not handle it, so we need to give them what they need.
Functions Of The Mind
Some bad news you hear is that most of the food we eat is not good for our bodies. Most processed foods and all of the junk foods contain many chemicals that are not good for our bodies. Our bodies must-have foods that contain wholesome foods to aid in the healing process and repair.
The mind can communicate with the body in order to get what we want from the body. The brain is connected to the body, so when our body is functioning properly, the brain tells the mind so it can change what needs to be changed.
The human body is a living organism. It must be protected from the elements and provide shelter for the people who are living there. We are not living organisms, so we do not need to worry about them being hurt by us.
What we need to do is focus on our spiritual connection to the natural world around us. Focus is needed in order to understand the connection between the mind and the body and the real purpose of the mind because we are not capable of living in the natural world for long periods of time without realizing it.
Finally, the most important thing is that we must understand that the human body and mind are an inseparable package. We are living organisms and they are living organisms.
