Try Progressive Relaxation Technique

Another technique is to relax your body and mind. It is similar to a body scan. But in this case, first, tense the muscles of each body part. Then allow them to relax. It is a great way for you to release your tension completely. For progressive relaxation, ensure to hold the tension for nearly 5 seconds. You need to feel the tension. Then you oppose it and allow it to go. You can do this relaxation within 15 minutes. Do this technique to release your stress and anxiety every day.

Deep Breathing Technique

Many people get panic when their life gets stressful. The breathing becomes fast and shallow during such times. Besides, their heart rate rises. Practicing slow breaths help to release your tension. Inhale deeply and fill your chest and stomach with it. Count your inhale and exhale. Try to do that at least four times, 10 to 12 breaths are sufficient to relax your body and mind. You feel less stressed or tensed by the end of deep breathing.
